Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that material available on our site infringes on your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information (please note that under Section 512(f) any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notification automatically subjects the complaining party to liability for any damages, costs, and attorney's fees incurred by us in connection with the written notification and allegation of copyright infringement):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work, title, author, registration number).
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide specific information about the material you claim is infringing and its location on our site (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific page(s) where the material is found).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Please include the following information in your counter-notification (please note that under Section 512(f) any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notification automatically subjects the counter-notifying party to liability for any damages, costs, and attorney's fees incurred by us in connection with the written notification and allegation of copyright infringement):

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Elise Chabbey Victoire may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).
